Just For Kicks

Ok… I’ve gotten a bit behind on the blog – but wanted to include this anyways. 

Both boys’ football teams ended their seasons a couple of weeks ago, but Dean’s team added one additional game to their schedule the weekend before Thanksgiving. 

The team’s usual kicker wasn’t at the game, so Dean got pressed into duty as the placekicker.  He had two extra point attempts and somehow made both.

I really don’t know how he does this, because if you’ve ever tried it you know it is waaaay harder than it looks.

As much as I enjoy football season, it is nice to finally have our weekends back.  Not to mention the fact that it was getting way too cold to stand outside for 2 hours.
